Get involved

Our purpose is to help children and nature thrive together. We do this through working with schools, communities and businesses in South Yorkshire and beyond to create and improve green spaces that support wildlife and the health and wellbeing of the kids (and grown-ups) who use the space.

We operate as a social enterprise, generating income from our Green Community package for businesses, which helps to fund projects and events for schools and community groups. We also rely on volunteers, public donations and corporate partnerships to deliver projects and cover our operational costs.

If you would like to support Kids Plant Trees, here’s how you can get involved or help fund the work we do.

How you can help

Volunteer

As a small not-for-profit organisation, we rely on our volunteers sharing their time, knowledge and skills. There's something for everyone - from helping us with fundraising or social media to getting your hands dirty and planting trees. We’d love to hear from you!

Donate

We’re a small team with an ambitious vision and need your support to achieve our goals. All donations will help us to deliver nature-based projects and events for schools and communities in South Yorkshire. Please give what you can via our crowdfunding page. Thank you!

Partner with us

We know that spending time in nature is essential for improving the health and wellbeing of both children and adults. Partnering with us helps you to meet your CSR and ESG commitments and supports us to get more children and families outside helping nature (and themselves).
